Muzeul casetofonului/ despre caseta. Unicat/internet/06.2026.

for collectors, here we have a “NUCLEAR BOMB”, because I have not found this format anywhere else, nor its device, the Tesla TI-592 recorder (made only for former secret services from eastern Europe), presented beside. Its conception shows us the inspiration source was the compact-cassette^R. It is the predecessor of the smaller cassette used in the later Tesla E-120 and U-120 (Transcriber) devices, presented beside (1987). Dimensions:  88 x 58 x 8 mm; the tape is of classic compact-cassette^R, has anti-friction foil, cannot be erased because the device does not have an eraser head and the cassette has no safety items against accidental erasure. Speed = ca. 2.5 cm/s, estimated as the tractor drum rotates; driven by the pinch roll on the flywheel shaft, driven in turn by friction with the motor shaft. For comparison with other 50 audio cassette formats, see the table on the site: www.Muzeul casetofonului/ about cassette, English version. Unique/internet/06.2026.
